Just to confirm I can flash this over the previous release as long as I wipe data/cache and dalvik?

I know netflix and camera don't work. How about the video player. I tried an mp4 file that worked on stock but not on this. Is it related to the camera issue?

I know that until we get the Motorola ICS update that webtop won't work but does basic HDMI mirroring work with this rom? I've looked throughout the thread and saw some questions bout the basic HDMI mirroring concept but never saw any definitive answers about whether or not it works or is a WIP like the camera??
