Are you trying the drop down menu GPS toggle? I have not used this ROM so i can not say which homescreen he is using but i know the razr-m home screen GPS option in the side menu doesn't work. When i first introduced the mod we tried to figure it out but everyone that was looking into to it came up empty handed.

The atrix homescreen doesn't have the side menu but still allows you to use the circle widgets.

I've tried side menu didnt work, but the pull-down is working

For those of you still waiting I'm finished with Real Stock Orange. I'm not saying it's completely done, there is still some blue floating around out there but for now I'm done. MotoBlur has given me somewhat of a problem so make sure you read the op before flashing.

I'm running the launcher in Icarus, and converting the launcher apk to a system app fixes the GPS crash (at least for me), I do this in Titanium Backup.

This is easily the best stock-based ROM out there. It doesn't have too many bells and whistles but it also doesn't have the tons of crap and strange apps that most other developers seem to think all ROMs need. The themes aren't my stellar but I change most of that with Nova launch anyway.
