This Rom works great. Love the feel and smoothness. Also love having Gapps back so that I have all of my contacts back. My keyboard does work right off the bat. Installed using safestrap v1.08. I am however having a problem with data. I have internet over wifi but I am unable to access the mobile data network. I tried switching over to gsm but I dont have the gsm option only lte/cdma and cdma. Any idea how to fix this

You have to dial what he mentioned in the first post, or use phone status from the market and go to the drop down list there, not the one in Settings.

just flashed this and i must say its pretty amazing. Love the fact that ROM control was added, best feature ever!!
Nova launcher is a perfect mix with this rom, too bad we cant hide apps in drawer but this thing is fast and fluid. Thanks for the new daily

Absolutely love this Rom! Amazing work by the kang devs. Only problem I have now is that I just got it all set up and DT decided to combine this and his axiom so I may end up wiping and flashing again tomorrow.

The % on my battery works just fine and its not stuck at 100.

Agree. This runs better than either IC3 or Axiom AB1 that I've tried, though I am about to try DT's new one, since it's Axiom moved to this base. I have to say, AOKP seems to be a better choice than cm9 atm, as cm9 is a much deeper customization and is very much a work in progress, while AOKP is already quite solid. Still, I'm excited to see what the future holds. I'm just grateful we have such great friends devs, and an environment where they can all work together and share progress for the benefit of us all!

hey was hoping someone could help me out, i must have enabled something but i dont recall.. but when i open browser, it says google, i click on the search bar, it says "search, added text"
it doesnt matter which site i go to, it says everything, and everything i type... but its only doing it in the browser, not in SMS, is there a way to turn this off????? its rather annoying to say the least..

EDIT* light flow lite was the problem.

Only issue I have other than the known stuff is that the battery level readings are out of wack on the Maxx. Don't think battery life is effected though.

I have this same issue on my maxx with both ic3razr and abysm 2.3.x; it often shows red battery indicator even when fully charged; and it shows the lightning bolt charging symbol quite often, even when not plugged in. The battery lasts 48 hours plus on my maxx so no worries here - thanks for the great work guys.

How does this rom differ from
| Rom | Aokp | Axi0M [R] | Kang | 4.0.3 | 2/20/2012 or

[Rom][Alpha] Ic3Razr For 6.12.17X 01-27-2012 or

| Rom | Axi0M [R] | Cm9 | 4.0.3 | 2/17/2012 or

Desire...The first Rom you mentioned is basically the same. DT just tweaked the Rom with his tweaks and scripts.

The second you are asking about is based on cm9. The aokp based roms have much more customizations and run smoother....imo.

Just FYI for those of you that don't know (like me until 5 mins ago), putting your phone on vibrate won't make text notifications vibrate unless you go to Messaging -> Menu -> Settings -> Vibrate (at the bottom) -> Always/Only When Silent. This is for all ICS builds btw.

I followed the directions to get the data to work, but when i click on GSM Only, it says i chose unknown and wont select GSM only. I tried it a lot and it still says unknown. Then i selected the other option and it said unknown and i restarted the phone and still dont have data. Any help? When i am able to select it after clicking it enough times, the screen doesnt flash and i just cant get data.

I talked to Hashcode yesterday about this and he hadn't heard of my issue so I figured I would see if anyone else has noticed this... I have found that after a day or so of uptime, my LTE data seems tl gradually slow to a crawl and the only way to fix is to do a reboot of the device. Has anyone else had this issue on aokp or any of the other ics builds?

Few bugs found by me: chrome beta does not works in that firmware - it just renders white page.
Skype video calling does not work too - no matter which camera i use - and also "kills" camera until i reboot. However i can use barcode scanner, instagram, etc - so i think it's Skype bug.
P.S. i use this FW with GSM patch.

Anyway, great work. Just got my RAZR and i can use ICS :) Thanks!

Thanks

Go to droidhive.com

Honestly, I don't know why they don't delete this thread as this ROM is no longer supported on this site and is located in droidhive, as well as IC3RAZR which is now basically CM9.
