Woooohooooo! Made it home yesterday. First thing on todo list was s-off squeezy and myselfs dna. Took about 10 min for both phones and new radios.
I do miss the massive storage of my maxx with 64gb sd. But honestly with otg cable and flash drive for TB and other larg files i havnt noticed storage problems. I think this could be my favorite droid yet.

Ive heard that if you take the OTA then you will lose the ability to Root, Unlock, or S-Off. Can anyone confirm?

If so you should be fine. There are good hides on a few other sites.
If you take its without having cid first, then yes its a no go FOR NOW but a method will b found
