Resurrecting my XT907 for the wife to use. it had been sitting for a couple of years with a broken screen. I replaced the screen, battery and reset the device to unlock the phone. However, the phone will not boot up on charger and has steady green light. Thought maybe the device was damaged so I replaced the motherboard to no avail. Same issue.
I purchased a fastboot cable and it will boot up with it however, it still does not charge. I factory reset it with fastboot cable. The battery light flashes red, battery icon shows 1% with a picture of a plug. PC Gives notification tones when the phone boots and recognizes the phone. When I try to put it back on the regular charger I get nothing but the steady green light and it will not power up.
Suggestions?
