Also, is anyone noticing significant WiFi speed issues with the 4.4 roms? Really terrible speeds that I have noticed...

I have the exact same problem. Too bad cause it’s my favorite rom
I am getting an error whenever I try to turn on my wifi hotspot. Once this error occurs I am then unable to turn my wifi back on. I have to then wipe cache to get wifi to work again. Is anyone else having the same issue or does anyone know a fix?

Wouldn't it be good to put the last date the rom was updated into the title of this Thread? I went way too many days without updating because I just didn't know. It would make it a lot easier to keep up with updates and I guarantee would get a lot more downloads.. I always look for the newest builds whenever i change roms and this would only help. Why wouldn't this be the standard? I see on Statistics that there is a 12-22 build . Very happy with the current 3.0 . Best rom I've run yet!! Merry Christmas to all!!

How long did you let it run? It does take a while to boot first time.
And wipe every thing if you didn't.
ended up being a bad download. it's at the splash screen now. thanks!

You're welcome - although, YOU did everything right, even to the point of redownloading! So I don't think I helped too much! Well done.
Let me know if you get root. Sometimes, with these 4.4 roms, root doesn't work. Then I change the SuperSU settings and it works, but each one may be different. On this ROM, I've not found the right settings to change yet.

i can't remember which ROM it was (it was an early 4.4) but i do recall having to flash the SuperSU app right after flashing gapps. That allowed root privileges. Eventually it was fixed and you didn't have to flash the app. maybe we have to do that on this one too?

I tried your idea - installing Superuser, and then SuperSU. Nothing worked, Still don't have root. I'm going to sit here awhile on this ROM till someone chimes in with some more suggestions. Hoping to learn something new!

Did you enable root in dev settings? root works fine on my
Hey there! Well, let's say, I thought I did. I get into superuser in dev section - in settings it gives options: no, adb, apps, adb and apps. I've tried them all, with no positive outcome so far. Is that the setting I'm looking for?
